• 3 ounces lemon gelatin powder
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 pound blue cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl; beat with electric mixer until smooth

Gradually blend in gelatin. Pour into mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.

Unmold.
