• 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs. butter
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 tbs. milk
  • 3 cups rhubarb
  • 1 package cherry jello
    Struesel
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.  Cut in butter.  Mix egg and milk, then add to flour mixture.

Pat into 8x8 pan, working it up the sides.  Place rhubarb on top and spindle with jello.  

Mix all streusel ingredients and place on top of rhubarb.

Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
